Shipping within Belgium: All envelopes and packages are sent via Bpost.
Small orders are sent by letter post and are charged €4.50. For shipments sent by parcel (more than 10 cards), we charge a shipping cost of €6.50.
Free pick-up in Strombeek-Bever.
Shipping outside Belgium: Please contact us at online-shop@anneliesdesigns.be so we can calculate the shipping costs for you.
Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. When everything is in stock, we do our best to ship all orders within 3 working days.
We are not responsible for late deliveries due to force majeure from external services.
